At BrandJunction, we value transparency and fairness in all our engagements. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our digital and IT services.

1. Advance Payments

  • An advance payment is mandatory to initiate any project or service.

  • The advance amount is used to allocate resources, planning, and initial work and is non-refundable once the project has commenced.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.

  • If the cancellation is requested before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.

  • If the cancellation is requested after work has started, no refund will be issued.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed milestones, delivered work, or time already spent on the project.

3. Service-Based Nature of Work

  • All services offered by BrandJunction (website development, SEO, digital marketing, app development, design, IT consulting, etc.) are customized and service-based.

  • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has begun.

4. Delayed or Abandoned Projects

  • If a project is delayed due to lack of response, content, approvals, or inputs from the client for more than 15–30 days, the project may be marked as inactive.

  • No refunds will be issued for inactive or abandoned projects.

  • Restarting such projects may require additional charges.

5. Cancellation by BrandJunction

BrandJunction reserves the right to cancel a project if:

  • Required information or cooperation is not provided by the client

  • Payments are delayed or not received

  • The project involves illegal, misleading, or unethical activities

In such cases, no refund will be applicable for work already completed.

6. Third-Party Costs

  • Any third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, themes, licenses, ad spend, or software tools are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • BrandJunction is not responsible for refunds issued by third-party providers.

7. No Guaranteed Results

  • BrandJunction does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as SEO rankings, ad conversions, traffic, or sales).

  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction arising from unmet expectations or performance metrics.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact BrandJunction directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and legal action if required.

9. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method (Wire Transfer, PayPal, Wise, Credit/Debit Card).

  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

10. Policy Updates

BrandJunction reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
