Why hard: A Shopify D2C build with multiple collections, product templates, coupon logic and analytics instrumentation required careful theme and UX integration.
About the Brand
Yoga Bar is an India-based, nutrition-led food brand selling breakfast and snack products online. The site promotes muesli, protein and energy bars, peanut butters and gluten-free oats, positioned as “all natural” and “no preservatives”, with free and fast delivery in India. Shoppers can browse by category (Breakfast, Protein, Muesli, Bars, Oats, Quinoa, Gifting) and purchase individual items and packs, with coupon support at checkout. Product pages focus on clear variants and flavour-led merchandising, such as high-protein ready-to-drink shakes and muesli ranges aimed at everyday nutrition and convenient on-the-go snacking.
The Challenge
The crawl showed a content-heavy header and cart drawer repeating across pages, pushing key shopping actions below the fold. Discount mechanics (multiple coupon messages and applied states) risked confusion and added friction before checkout. Collection pages needed clearer filtering and more consistent taxonomy across “All Products” and category collections (e.g., Bars, Muesli, Oats). Product pages required tighter structure for merchandising modules (“You’ll also love these”), variant clarity and better SEO hygiene, as several templates surface limited descriptive content beyond the product title and repeated UI copy.
