The site supports customers ordering online for doorstep delivery, with clear category browsing across products such as Cakes, Brownies, Tea Cakes, Sandwiches & Savouries, and gifting ranges. Product pages provide key purchase information including pricing, portion/pack size (e.g., 1 pc, 350g) and allergen details (e.g., milk, wheat, eggs, soy). The brand also caters for different preferences with egg and eggless options, and uses on-site search and structured collections to help customers quickly find items for occasions and everyday treats.
O desafio
As a multi-category bakery catalogue, the site needed to make it easy to browse and purchase across a wide range of products (cakes, brownies, breads, savouries and gifting), while keeping customers oriented through collections, filters and breadcrumbs. The purchase journey also required consistent product templates with essential decision-making content such as pack size, storage/consumption guidance and allergens. With promotional messaging (e.g., first-order offer) and seasonal collections (e.g., festival specials), the build had to support frequent merchandising updates without disrupting the core navigation and checkout flow.
